Why do you love the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry?
Where do I begin? You never know what you're going to get from day to day. Bottom line, companies appreciate that they're experts in their business and we're experts in ours...a perfect match!

A favorite client profile?
The client that "GETS IT" and thinks of us as a part of their team! We're on their org charts, we're in their significant meetings and we're an important part of the company's growth and profit. They involve us in both the successes and the setbacks.

What's your craziest client story?
Again, where do I begin? I assisted a client with a termination and the employee jumped across the table to attack the supervisor. And of course, many others that are just not appropriate to publicize!

Craziest recommendation or request?
A client called while there was a gunfight on the premises and wanted to know what to do...CALL 911!

Most uncomfortable thing?
I guess in all honesty, I am shy...hard to believe for those who know me! I can adjust, but it can be uncomfortable...but I try to keep it to myself!

Red

Favorite food?
Unfortunately, anything...I am not picky!

Favorite movie(s)?
The Austin Powers movies and Grease.

I am a rock and roll girl.
