I am willing to bet that our company integration with Emplicity was a variation from the norm. Our initial setup process must have been a challenge since we were leaving another P.E.O. at the time. Our obstacles were in the transfer of medical benefits, our non-profit business structure and the fact that we grew from around 5 employees to over 20 during the early stages of our business relationship. There was every reason for this process to fail or at least be unbearable.

Our previous P.E.O., kept stumbling in their attempts to provide proper service and guidance to us. We were patient through their acquisitions of other companies, but in the end we knew we needed to make a change. At best, we hoped that our transition to your company would be somewhat painless, but doable. We were instead pleasantly surprised to find that we had a partner in our corner who would be willing to bend over backwards to assist us in our business operations in the H.R. area.

Ann did some rapid training on the hiring/termination processes with us and even had to use some tough-love with me during the process to properly educate us regarding state and federal guidelines. Ari has probably been pulling his hair out trying to fix benefit errors that were made by our previous PEO and a third party company and has been a strong advocate for us in the process. Sandra has also been very supportive in helping us get quick results related to our medical/dental benefits programs.

We have presented several sensitive HR issues to Emplicity that all been handled calmly and with an obvious amount of experience. The timeframe in which responses to our questions and concerns have come back to us has been lighting fast compared to our previous P.E.O.

In business these days, with customer service on the decline, we often settle for just an “OK” relationship and just hope for a minimum amount of errors to be made. We have been so pleased that our interaction with every single member of the Emplicity team were filled with attention to quality, integrity, honesty and sincerity.

I would first like to extend my gratitude for everything you have done for my company. When I started this company six years ago, I had no idea how large and fast it was going to grow. Obviously, a growing business is great, but as I was hiring more employees, I knew I was in need of assistance in the area of human resources. Re: It would kill me to go back

Dear Vic,

I can’t think to imagine what it would be like to go back to the old way of employee management. Before Emplicity, I was bombarded with payroll tax deposits and filings, employee legalities, learning and having to comply with complex labor laws…and at the same time, having to run my own company! I was out of control.

Since we hired Emplicity as our co-employment partner, I have been able to stay focused on growing my business globally, and more importantly, start a new family.
